Adopt Popeye!!

Popeye would like you all to know his foster brother is having surgery tomorrow for a torn ACL and meniscus. So he's going to need lots of R&R, which means Popeye wants to get adopted soon so he can be the one getting all the attention!! He really enjoyed it just being him and Pepper (his foster sister) today, but he knows his foster family is anxious to have Charlie back home and on his way to recovery!
